At Aboo Beard we hope that our products are the best for you.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you are more than welcome to return the product to us for a full refund. There are a few rules we ask you to comply with. You have proof of purchase, our returns policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your product it will be inspected by a member of the Aboo Beard team. We will notify you via email, of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your product is approved, your refund will be processed.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that you email us an image of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we received the image we will look into the matter further and be in touch within 24 hours.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch and send your item back to us. Please note that we do not pay for an item to be posted back to us if the reason is personal preference.
Shipping & Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a product over £15, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product and we are unable to process a refund or exchange if we have not received the product back.
